3. Services Provided

PropertiesPulse offers a platform for:

  • Posting and browsing residential and commercial real estate listings.
  • Connecting buyers and sellers, and optionally agents or brokers.
  • Paid listing promotions and lead generation services.

Note: PropertiesPulse is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or escrow provider and does not participate in any transactions directly.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • All listings must be accurate and not misleading.

  • You will comply with all local real estate laws, advertising rules, and licensing requirements.

  • You are solely responsible for interactions and transactions initiated through the platform.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

  • Free and paid subscription plans are offered.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Post illegal, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
  • Infringe on the rights of others or the law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and site functionality are owned by PropertiesPulse LLC. Users may not reproduce or use platform content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any leads, offers, or results from listings. PropertiesPulse is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation: In no event will PropertiesPulse’s liability exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertiesPulse from any legal claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the laws of USA. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
